BIG CHANGE - LILIANA'S CLASS WILL BE ON THE 11TH OF SEPTEMBER AND THE TEA DANCE & SHOE SALE/SWOP WILL BE ON THE 4TH OF SEPTEMBER 

The aim of this site is to promote Tango in Cumbria by advertising what is happening and where it can be found. 

The Carlisle Tango Group hold non taught, weekly practice sessions most Thursdays at the Tithe Barn, West Walls, Carlisle. (click here for details)

The Tithe Barn mentioned is the beautifully restored 15th century tithe barn of St Cuthberts Church, replete with oak beams but most importantly a wonderful wooden dance floor. 

Workshops with international tutors are held monthly

Balls with Live Tango bands are a regular feature.

The Cockermouth Tango Group hold non taught, beginners level, practice sessions at the Christ Church rooms, South St, Cockermouth on the last 3 Fridays of each month. (click here for details)
